The Listener

This completed three-work series explores the figure as a trace—faceless silhouettes and ghostlike bodies caught between presence and disappearance. Using acrylic with sand texture and dry-brush abrasion, the surface becomes a metaphor for memory: grainy, fragile, partially erased. Across a listening profile, a doubled shadow, and a stride frozen mid-step, the works frame urban movement and inner identity as quiet tension—where “home” is not a place, but an internal landmark that appears only in moments of pause.
